Personality factors.
The personality factors can be detected by the teacher through personality tests. This will enable them to consider these factors throughout their teaching career.
The personality factors have a direct influence on the learning process of the students, for example if a student has a problem with anxiety, low self esteem or is introverted, this could limit the student and also hinder them from taking risks.
At the same time we also have to consider that an extrovert does not necessarily have high self esteem, in other words we should not judge or stigmatize, this could be a real barrier for the learning experience of the students.
Ego could be a good personality factor because the student would note their characteristics and they will defend their knowledge if they do not feel that they are not able to learn more through time.
The emotional state is also to be considered in the learning process here is where we as teachers can show empathy to students who may have considered problems at home and may show signs of depression or hostility.
Results of my personality test.
Type of personality code:
Extraverted | intuitive | Thinking | Judging |
Strength of the preferences %
1 | 38 | 12 | 44 |
Qualitative analysis of my type formula.
1- Slightly expressed extravert.
2- Moderately expressed intuitive personality.
3- Slightly expressed thinking personality.
4- Moderately expressed judging personality.
Well, with the result of my personality test in my hand, I think that they are not really close to my real personality at all, but not all of them are wrong, in the case of moderately expressed intuitive personality it is accord with my personality because I am a person who is intuitive I always note things when nobody notes them and my intuition sometimes helps me to make a good decision in some cases.
I think number 4 is right too because in my nature as human, most of the time I ask myself, this person is... this way and the other person is like... and I always try to judge the personality of a person. But I don't have bad intentions only like a suggestion.
I was the most sincere I have ever been in my two cases of personality test.
I was trying to get some help from the internet and one of my friends helped me to find another description of my personality according to the personality test that I did before.
ENTJs put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into their relationships. Since their major quest in life is to constantly take in knowledge and turn that into something useful, the ENTJ will try to turn everything into a learning experience. Within the context of relationships, that means they will constantly seek knowledge and revise the rules and definitions of their relationships. They value their relationships highly, especially those relationships which present them with new challenges and stimulate their learning. Such exchanges promote genuine affection and satisfaction for the ENTJ. Relationships which do not offer any chances for growth or learning hold no interest to the ENTJ. As in other areas of life, the ENTJ likes to be in charge of their relationships. In conversation, they are very direct and confrontational, and can be highly critical and challenging towards others. People involved in close relationships with the ENTJ need to have a good amount of personal strength. For those who do, the ENTJ has a tremendous amount to offer.
When I was reading what I wrote before I noted that it is closer than the other description because I am a social person and I really like to socialize. Now I try to value my friends more because they are really important after my family regardless of the problems one may have with them in the course of life.
I agree with the part of my description where it says that I am a direct and confrontational person because I always say what I am thinking.
I was looking for more information about me, ENTJ and it says that I direct my energy towards the outer world of actions and spoken words and I organize and structure the world according to logical principles, tending to control life - organizing systems and people to meet task oriented goals and trying to improve the way things are done.
Interesting and deep reflection, Cristopher. I'm proud of this work. This helps you to develop your metacognition as a teacher, which will be related with your ability to interact with the members of the school where you will work.
